We are now completing our sixth year of LB Youth Football. As always, we are trying to keep youth football affordable for the families who participate and ensure that all area youth who want to play, get that opportunity. To help meet these goals it is a necessary evil to fundraise. The LB Youth Football program depends on these annual fundraisers to pay referees, league fees and, most importantly, provide safe equipment for our kids.
Once again, we will be selling hams and pork loins. We are also adding a new 5 lbs. package of sliced ham perfect for sandwiches. The hams will be a 18 to 19 lbs. spiral cut, bone-in and pre-cooked. The pork loins will be 10 to 11 lbs. Each item will be vacuum-sealed and ready for delivery.
Sell Price :
18 to 19 lbs. Ham - $50.00
10 to 11 lbs. Pork Loin - $30.00
5 lbs Sliced Ham - $15.00
The incentive for selling the hams/loins is simple. For each $100 in sales a $20 credit will be applied to your 2012 registration. In the event that the family member or friend does not wish to purchase a ham or loin but would like to make a donation to the program, the dollar amount donated will be applied directly to the player’s registration fee. Please note this donation on the order form.
We ask that you collect the money at the time of the order. Checks are to be made payable to Lawton-Bronson Youth Football. All orders (and money) are due by Friday, December 9th. You may turn your order form into Sharon at the Bronson School.
Pickup will be Friday, December 16h from 3:00 PM -6:00 PM at the Bronson Fire Station. Each player is responsible for pickup and delivery of hams/loins sold.
Please remember that LB Youth Football is a non-profit organization and is dependant on fundraising efforts such as this to maintain safe equipment, pay league fees and referees for games. Your participation is very important.
